6. Fees and Engagement
Fees and scope of services are set out in a separate written Engagement Agreement.
Third-party costs are payable by the client unless otherwise agreed.
7. Conflicts of Interest
JJK acts exclusively for buyers and does not act for sellers in relation to properties sourced for clients.
Any conflicts will be disclosed and managed in accordance with legal obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
9. Intellectual Property
